Will Power

Forcing will on others is like drowning.

(When you think about it.)

Creating problems that do not exist

               in the lives of others.

Fulfilling self-serving means for a mercenary end,

Is like clinging and fighting the one trying to save you!

(Ultimately that is yourself)

Turning one against another & 

Falling back on you.

What if it is as simple as recognizing this

                & rejecting forced will?

This is turning forced energy back on oppressor 

                          …Flow…

(Water flows effortlessly)

Bruce Lee was right—

      “Be like water”

Love & good flow freely.

This is soul level healing.

(I see everything in terms of energy. 

I've spent a lot of time thinking about will power and what it means to exercise our will power to meet our desires goals. Taking that a bit further, and thinking about the term boundaries we are all understanding more, I see boundary setting as an extension of our personal energy. I can also see how boundaries can be overtexnded, akin to forced will on another person whether it be physically or emotionally. This poem was born of that thought.)
